How it works?
We've streamlined our entire referral process to ensure ease of use and extremely accurate referral tracking.
The referral program is offered by HIGHVIBES and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility:
a. Referrals will only count if the artist/account/label is new to HIGHVIBES and has not been previously associated with the platform.
b. Artists who have not released any songs on digital service providers (especially Spotify) before joining HIGHVIBES will not be eligible for referrals.
Verification Period:
a. HIGHVIBES will have a period of 60 days to cross-check for any infringement content associated with the referred artists.
b. Payouts to the referrer will be issued after the verification period. For example, referrals made in July will be paid by the end of September.
Payment Structure:
a. The referral program focuses on the first release that the artist uploads.
b. For single track uploads, the referrer will receive a payment of $2 (excluding instrumental-only content).
c. If the first upload from the artist is an EP or album (excluding instrumental-only content), the referrer will receive a payment of $5.
Maximum and Minimum Payouts:
a. The maximum payout in a month for a referrer is $1000.
b. If the balance in a month exceeds $1000, the remaining balance will be carried forward to the next month.
c. The minimum payout in a month for a referrer is $25.
HIGHVIBES reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any fraudulent or suspicious activity related to referrals may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any pending or future payouts.
Referrers are responsible for any taxes or additional charges associated with the received payouts.
By participating in the referral program, referrers agree to these terms and conditions.
