    What is Deezer for Creators?

    According to Deezer, Deezer for Creators offers four main benefits to artists releasing music on the platform:

    1. "Show the world who you are" - As a registered Deezer Creator, you can customize your music profile and highlight new tracks or releases for fans to discover first.

    2. "Share with your community" - Connect with listeners and notify them about new music drops or upcoming projects.

    3. "Don't miss a beat" - Access in-depth streaming and listener data to understand what your fans enjoy and what they don't.

    4. "Track your release" - Monitor not only your listening performance but also how your music is evolving over time by tracking which tracks are getting attention.

    First and foremost, you’ll need to have your music live on Deezer to access Deezer for Creators. Then, you can sign up and verify your artist ID.

    Once your music is released on Deezer, logging into Deezer for Creators is quite simple.

    1. Go to Deezer for Creators and click Request Access.

     

    2. Fill out and submit the Deezer for Creators Info form.

    Tip: You can also grant access to other individuals, like your manager, label, or team members, to your Deezer for Creators account. Simply add them through the User Manager tab.

     

     

    How to edit your Deezer artist profile

    After you've been verified as an artist and received your login details, it's time to begin updating and editing your artist profile.

     

     

    Change your Deezer artist profile picture

    To change your profile picture, log into your Deezer profile and click on the Artist Edition tab at the top of your screen.

    Here, you can add, update, or change your profile image. Deezer requires artist images to be at least 1200x1200 pixels and no larger than 9MB, in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.

    Remember, any image you upload will be cropped into a circle, so choose your picture accordingly.


    In this section, you can also connect your Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) profiles and create and edit custom "statuses" to share with your fans, similar to social media platforms.

     

     

    Edit your Deezer artist biography

    In the Artist Edition section of Deezer for Creators, you can add and update your artist biography in several languages, including English, French, Portuguese, Chinese, German, and more.

    Your bio will be displayed in the viewer's language, so consider having it translated if you're focusing on fans from a specific country.

    You can also add "Highlights" here. Songs added to Highlights will be featured more prominently on your Deezer profile. However, keep in mind that Deezer prioritizes highlighting new music for the first 30 days after release.

    To explore detailed data about your music, go to the Analytics tab at the top of the Deezer for Creators dashboard.



    Deezer for Creators provides information on various data points, all of which can be filtered by timeframes and releases:
